Autumn 2023
Welcome to the Alpine Fellowship Journal for Autumn 2023.
It’s been a busy year!
After awarding our prizes in March, it was full steam ahead to our tenth annual symposium. This year, we returned to Fjallnas, Sweden to explore the concept of Flourishing and, in the process, experienced one of the most inspiring, rewarding and transformational events in our history.
Here’s a quick roundup of what happened and a brief glance ahead to next year.
Enjoy!

Alpine Fellowship Symposium 2023
It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years since we were founded and hosted our first symposium.
We were a lot smaller back then, but our mission remained exactly the same; to encourage the sharing of ideas and knowledge, to bring together people from disconnected fields and to support new talent in a variety of art forms.
In ten years, we’ve hosted symposiums all over Europe, we’ve handed out tens of thousands of pounds of financial support to emerging talent, and we’ve created hours of free intellectual and educational content.
Our reach and ambition are growing all the time and we look forward to the next ten years.
If you want a quick snapshot of the action from this years’s symposium, watch the video below.
YouTube Channel
Our symposium has always attracted extraordinary speakers. All of them are industry experts and thought leaders in a diverse array of fields.
At our 2023 symposium, we welcomed Aloe Blacc, Ben Ahrens, Alison Stanger, and many more.
We’re often limited in the number of guests we can invite to the symposium, but we’re committed to making sure that all of the excellent content that we create is made available to anyone who wants to engage all over the world.
If you haven’t already, please visit our YouTube Channel, where you can find all of the talks from our 2022 symposium, as well as our extended back catalogue of content arranged by year.
